As for the ratings, I would give the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

I would not recommend this place. The food was not flavored well. Except for the mushrooms. Those were good. The hibachi which usually is not hard to do wrong, was horrible. The meat to choose from was sitting out for a long time. The beef, instead of being red, was gray and rubber like. I feel that is a health hazard and should be noted. Kid-friendliness: They didn't have kid friendly items which is a shame. Usually pizza or something like that. Possibly it was just not put out, as this was my first time here. The food was left out for too long. The waitress was attentive and did a great job. Overall, I would rate the food 1/5, the service 4/5, and the atmosphere 2/5.
