Kfc - Cadillac en Fronsadais

I came to KFC to make an order for my family with 45 mins before closing. The car in front of me was wanting to order 7 smash bowls and was told that he was only allowed to order 4 because they had no more chicken and they refused to make more because they were closing. A $30 that was cut in half to $19 I heard it because I was in drive thru behind them. When I pulled up to the ordering box I was told they had no chicken but only 4 tenders and possibly some sides and they weren't making any more food because they were closing. With all due respect I worked for many fast food restaurants and the max on fried chicken is about 6-8 min cook times. I was coming to buy two family bundles and extra sides. An order well over $60. And yes that is a bit crazy paying that much but I work overnights and don't have much time to cook big meals before heading to work and this really inconvenienced me tonight. I've never been rejected for an order like this before. I've had this happen at this location multiple times and I'm now saying something. I give multiple chances before I write a review. Something needs to be done.

Because y’all started some stupid signature log when I pick up my food. I don’t want my name and signature and whatever other stupid information you ask for just sitting on a counter. You’re signing the order is accurate, does the drive through have a log too, what if you are dining in. Ive never seen something so stupid anywhere else. The lady behind the counter freaked out when I wouldn’t sign and made a huge scene. I just want to buy my chicken and pick it up drama free. Y’all are morons I’ll be getting my chicken elsewhere in the future.

How slow can fast food get? Here is the answer. I was just under 20 minutes from the time I placed my order and then it was wrong.

Was a busy night store had no help just about hour to get food after. It was ordered. Limited in door seating.
