Run poor fools, France's most incompetent post. They don't deliver mail, they're wrong with mailboxes, they don't even try to ring in people when they have a recommendation. But of course it is never their fault, a beautiful pike of incompetents that take customers for cons. I had to put a star when they don't even deserve it. Pitiful mail distribution service.
