Bidrage med feedbackWe had a nice lunch on the terrace and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine, as it was a little cool autumn day, but still sunny outside. fantastic atmosphere. the service was fantastic, and quickly changed to us in English, because...we are not the best with speaking franzosen. he was so helpful and immediately told us the menu in englihs, which was very nice of him, and did not allow us to use google translate for a moment. so helpful. every cure we chose from the a la carte menu was divine! that was the best restaurant we stopped in France. the ravioli was delicious, as well as the bohnensalat. we also had the Provencal plate and the bouef, which was so good. the wein jus was fantastic and so rich. that was the best meal we've ever had, and thinking about it makes me drool! thank you. chef philippe colins for a wonderful meal!
Best quality food, excellent service. Warm and cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. The chef greeted the customers and explained about the food. I had a wonderful time. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to eat here in the warm Provence sunshine and meet chef philippe colin. we found this charming place because there was a parking space near. this is often the case in French villages. philippe and his son have. platz occupied our meal was delightful and finished with some homemade strawberry sorbet, which were only earthy when we arrived. that's fresh! the weeping was charming and philippe told us that near an olive mill he looked as a must-see in the cadenet area. he was right, but this is another review.
Customers come from all over the world to eat in the new restaurant by chef philippe colin in cadenet. serve the freshest ingredients of the region, the meals call classic Provencal cuisine. the (multilingual) service is knowledgeable and friendly. expertly executed sauces mark the regional courts. Each...dish is unique, and the very affordable menu changes with the season. innovative desserts create a delightful crescendo at the mealtime. a simple place to hang under the trees after the meal to appreciate the authentic pace of the Provence.
This was a great restaurant and Philippe Collins the chef/ owner attended to us personally. Food and service was impressive and it didn't break the bank. Pity the village could do better with a bit of sprucing up. Lovely ambience and a remarkable example of attention to dinner service and your customers. The myth that French restaurants are stuffy and have rude waiters did not hold true at all! We had a great time. Cheers to all its staff. Worth the hunt for it.
