Fiesta's Tex-mex - Caddo Mills

My wife and I had dinner there for the first time this past Wednesday. And where in shock to find out they have a enchilada buffet for $4.99. The food was fresh and tasted great we'll be back

We were so impressed with the service and the meal. The food was awesome and plentiful. Great authentic mexican flavor. And served very quickly. Nice quiet atmosphere.

This establishment serves authentic Mexican food NOT Tex-Mex. Tex-Mex tends to be more spicy (not necessarily hot but spicy) than authentic Mexican which can come across as somewhat bland in comparison but should be if true, authentic Mexican because, across the border, they have a tendency to use fewer (not to mention less access to) spices than we do in the states.
