Bidrage med feedbackMost pork roll shops offer the same three types of meat, bbq pork, cha lua (white pork devon), a variation of nem (red pork and pork skin) as well as pate. Vinata’s distinguish itself with delicious home-made chicken liver pate that is rich and tasty. Their secret sauce is not bad either, especially compared to other joints that just squirts Maggi seasoning sauce (as much as I love Maggi). They've been around for over two decades, long enough to see the children of their customers grow up and return to buy a pork roll on their own. It's a bit of an institution in the fiercely competitive, cheap-cheap, pork roll scene of Cabramatta. They've survived for a reason.
I heard that Vinata has been standing strong since 25 years ago and they have been nominated as one of the best pork rolls in town! Finding this shop is easy as you can simply tell from all the media coverage and signs they put throughout their shops.. LOL!
I love their pate chaud. It's definitely the main reason why I'd come to this part of Cabramatta for. The only thing here is their Woolies... which is too chaotic for me to shop at. The pastry is an amazing piece of work... I remember growing up with pate chaud for breakfast but my dad would say it with more a Vietnamese accent.. On my most recent visit, there was a french person explaining what they have to offer to a bunch of his friends. This only inspired me to visit it more as Im keen to try their other pastries now.... due to a more French influence Also theyre voted for best pork roll by bloggers... but I've never tried it here. Guess that's another thing to add to my list...read more
Tried one of the best pork roll in sydney, the brot is always made fresh, also we bought in the late arvo the sweet still crispy roasted pork was good, but too fat for me, but my man likes it. price so affordable
One of the servants was very rude and outpatient. I order the crispy pork roll that is so, crispy pork is a little salty with brot together eating the salt flavor
