Venta Los Pelaos - Cabra

Good place if you plan to visit this area 70 km from Cordoba city.Regional food, good portions and attentive stuff.

Stopped for lunch during a drive round the Subbetica park it's out of town, up a long hill from Cabra. Very busy, pretty much exclusively locals (great sign! . Choose from around 30 set dishes of meat combos. Order a separate salad or you will just get meat (lots of it and fries/chips. Reasonably priced, but great quality. Quick and cheerful service. Wish we lived closer!

We stopped for lunch on Easter Sunday, were told that all the tables were reserved but they squeezed the four of us in anyway and we had an excellent meal for only 38 Euros salad, fish, a meat stew, chicken, and a tortilla and drinks. The staff was frantically busy but treated us with the greatest efficiency and courtesy.This is an example of the best of Andalusian hospitality and food.

Buen ambiente, tostadas muy ricas, zumos recién exprimidos y ricos colacaos. Los baños están limpios
