The restaurant is situated in Tanger Outlets, making it one of the few dining options available. While the food is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the customer service department. Unfortunately, there are no available seating options.

We absolutely love Tante Annie's Pretzel! We recently tried the cinnamon twist for the first time and it was fantastic! We would definitely recommend it. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we received good service in less than 10 minutes.

Very slow, multiple people working but only one person helping customers with a long line!

Love the pretzels but it's super super small and busy.
