Steak Escape - Byram

Food Wes very good ,, this was our first order since right after they opened in Byram .. its a lot better now ..

I placed my order, and left to go to the restroom. I was gone approximately 5 minutes. Came back to the cashier, I was told by her they haven't gotten to my order yet. I look around it was only 3 customer in the restaurant, and one was me. It was one manager, and six employees working. After the manager finishing talking with a customer she decided to come and help them out I actually waited 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. **** POOR SERVICES!!!

Came here when they first open service was horrible now over a yr or two later service still horrible.they got my preset wrong and when I came bk they all looked at me crazy and kinda made me feel like it was my fault.also it?s a boil water issue and they still charge reg price for a can drink and a dollar bottle of water

My meal was amazing I took myself and my children out there to eat the food was prepared in front of us fresh hot and correctly done and it was also a good portion
