I would like to share my thoughts about the Milano restaurant. The atmosphere of the building is truly wonderful. On my birthday, I wanted to order a delicious pizza, hoping to have a great evening. However, I don't know how to describe it, but the pizza was extremely dry—like a piece of black bread. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone; the pizza felt as hard as a rock, and I was afraid I might break my teeth. Thank you for such an evening. Service: Takeaway.

Recently, we placed an order at the Sever shopping mall. Everything was delicious!!! The pizza had a generous amount of toppings, and the crust was fresh and crispy. Everything was fresh and incredibly tasty!!! The fries were golden and crispy! I also want to highlight the staff; they were polite and attentive and helped us choose the best pizza for kids. Everything was prepared and served quickly. We will definitely be back!!!

I asked to add ice to a drink that was supposed to be iced coffee since it was warm. I was told about some weight limits and that no more ice could be added. When I insisted that I wanted a cold drink, the response was, "What does that have to do with us?" That was the reply to a customer! I'm shocked that such treatment still exists. I thought this kind of service was a thing of the past, left in the '90s. I will make sure to report your establishment. Expect that.
