The only few places in Penang to eat Ipoh koay teow
Small restaurant with only few tables. Usually have to wait during dining hours. Nice Kuey Teow Teng or should I say Hor Fan to be more accurate. Yes, this shop sells Hor Fan dry or soup taste quite near to Ipoh style. They also serve very tender and smooth chicken too, a must try. Not to miss out their Wan Tan which is made from fresh shrimp.
