I also want to highlight that if there’s ever an issue with my order, their hotline responds very quickly, and they bring the missing item within 20 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 5
If I could, I would give it 0 stars instead of a million. The place is completely unsanitary, with flies everywhere and some kind of awful smell. An employee was making rolls while wearing a street cap in the kitchen; I couldn’t see if he was wearing gloves or not. The rolls were unappetizing and excessively dry. Soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger are all charged extra. The only thing that was done reasonably well was the timing; the food was ready exactly when they said it would be.
Order 123 282 756 525 - Aline Vertepova. I placed my order on September 28, and this isn't my first time; I really enjoy this restaurant. To improve the establishment, I suggest expanding the delivery area, as it seems they don't deliver to my home for some reason. I often order for myself and my family, and we are always satisfied!
The sushi just isn't what it used to be, especially the hot rolls. They come out over-fried and taste bland, like a uniform mass soaked in oil. It’s been hard to find good rolls lately.
We waited for our order for two hours today and called to check on the delivery. They told us it would be another hour, so we ended up having to cancel the order. The delivery service is terrible. For the last three or four times, they promised to deliver in an hour, but always ended up being an hour late, making it two hours in total. Now they're saying it will arrive in two hours, and once again, they are telling us the courier will be an hour late, resulting in a three-hour wait. Huge dislike. I won't be ordering again.
