Cafe In Razvilka - Butovo

We usually order pizza for delivery, and until today, everything was fine. However, one delivery completely ruined my impression. The pizza arrived as hard as a rock, and it was unclear whether it was made that way or if it got ruined during the almost two-hour journey to us, even though we live only about 300 meters away. They mentioned they would address the issue, but as for the pizza, the response was just an apology and a suggestion to eat it as is. Honestly, what could I even do with it? It was like a stone. We didn't ask for discounts or anything; we simply expected decent food. Their issues are their problems. My mood has been completely spoiled. I have no desire to take out my frustration on the staff when I'm hungry. I’ve made my conclusions. I’ve expressed everything in this review. Thank you for the pizza, but I have noted the poor attitude.

A nice café with tasty food; I give it a 9 out of 10. The interior is decent, but I would love to see some improvements as I've heard they plan to renovate. However, the most important thing is that the food is great.
