Bidrage med feedbackI spent $34 on two bowls of soup and a rather small chicken sandwich. The $14 sandwich would have been much better if I had just gone to Chick-fil-A, where it would cost only $6. The French onion soup was lacking croutons and cheese, which made it even less appealing. The only redeeming factor was a piece of baguette on the side. Overall, I was very disappointed.
The woman preparing the food was not wearing a hair net, and she was handling the food with bare hands, coughing, and yawning while working. There was no mouth covering in sight, indicating a complete lack of infection control practices. Additionally, another individual, who was wearing gloves, touched money, food, and various items without changing their gloves.
I ordered a flatbread and requested that it be toasted a little longer. When I checked the boxes on the counter, I noticed that it hadn't been toasted as I asked. I politely asked the staff to put it back in the oven for a bit longer, but the manager told me he couldn't do that since I had already opened the box. This response was completely unreasonable, especially considering they didn't prepare my order the way I requested. The customer service at this Panera Bread location is very disappointing, and management seems to have no idea what they are doing. Also, parking is a nightmare with no available spots. Overall, a frustrating experience.
As delicious as Panera is, at this point, I only go for nostalgia. I'm sure everyone will agree with me, but the prices are out of this world. $14 chicken sandwich with chips is a good joke.Associates are alright: there is always that one person who looks bored or talking to their coworker, while the other one is slaving away.
The curly haired girl with black glasses at noon today in the order pick up counter had the most disgusting attitude towards my wife and I. Will never come here again… they need to stop hiring these rude little kids….
