Church's Chicken - Butler

I've visited Church's Chicken in Butler numerous times, but today I finally experienced what everyone has been talking about! Unfortunately, the employee at the drive-thru was very rude to customers. I would rather drive out of town to get my chicken than deal with that kind of service again! It seems I'm not the only one who has had this issue; I've heard many other customers complain about her, and they also refuse to eat there. She either needs to be let go or moved to a behind-the-scenes position in the kitchen, as she shouldn't be interacting with customers.

It's always a great spot for a quick sandwich and something to drink. The drive-thru staff were friendly and efficient.

Wait time was great as well as the customer service. Good was awesome

I've gone to this location four different times now and every time the ladies are rude and rushing. One occasion they were out of biscuits and didn't bother saying anything when we ordered. They gave us our food hoping we wouldn't notice. When we came back they had an attitude. The food has been cold all four visits. I would love to see the customer service go up and attitudes go down.

That chicken sandwich had my stomach hurting; no more!!!
