Jade Cafe Chinese Restaurant

The chef at Jade Chinese Cafe is extremely unprofessional. He lacks basic manners in his interactions with delivery drivers. Orders are consistently delayed, even when the restaurant is not busy. Customers are always left waiting a long time to receive their food. I have never encountered someone so inept.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The food was flavorful but a bit on the salty side. It was tasty, but it could have used less salt.

Would not recommend this restaurant, ive had better Chinese in a shopping centre food court. The poor young girl out the front was working extremely hard trying to get takeaway orders in and out as well as trying to please customers dining in. It's obvious takeaway orders are more important than dining in patrons we almost walked out after waiting nearly 40mins for soup and when our main meals arrived the squid I ordered was like leather.

Recently I visited my old home town of Busselton to see family on the 19/9/22 I ordered $60 plus worth of food to share with my family and I couldn’t have been more disappointed! The food was disgusting. All the 5-6 dishes tasted the sameRevolting! I was left hungry ripped off

I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was terrible, we received 2 dishes we did not even order, and some of it had a strange smell. By the time we got our order and made it all the way back home, I didn't even feel like returning it. Save your money and skip this place.
