Domino's Pizza Busselton

Deplorable! Do not go here. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to even have the three pizzas that we ordered (booked online) and when I went to pick up they had the door locked and would not let me inside the store to pay and pick up. There was about 10 delinquent kids hanging around and running in and out of the back of the store yelling out at me. The police were called and I was told to move on. I’m actually in complete shock.

Consistently disappointed. The last order I got was burned, but clearly I didn’t learn my lesson. Last night the driver is half an hour late, 15 minutes after it was marked as 'complete ', so my cheese garlic bread is cold and the chips have the consistency of cardboard both chucked in the bin. At least the tenders were still good, but that’s thanks to my microwave and Franks Hot Sauce, nothing to do with Dominos.

So...order just before 8pm and didnt receive food until almost 10pm.. with no one answering the phones to lets us know what is happening. And no apology for the 2 hour wait for 3 pizzas... on a wednesday?? Usually wouldn't even bother saying or reviewing but the fact that no apology was given when food was delivered. Understaffed? No worries just let your customers know.. And of course food arrived semi cold. Disappointing.

Very disappointed with our Pizza. Couldn’t really taste much because it was very greasy. We were expecting a bigger pizza than we got, due to the price. Definitely won’t be using Domino’s again.

The staff is helpful and friendly, the food is fresh and fabulous and fast.
