It was the first time I visited for breakfast. It occurred to me that the price range is better than what I thought, and that it is better than the Hilton Hotel in terms of hygiene and quality, including various kinds of food. But I think the salinity of the food is slightly higher. Overall, however, they were all satisfied. If you find a good hotel in Busan next time, I recommend Park Hyatt Hotel. There is also a French restaurant, so if you have a chance, you can try French food.

Out of all the high end Busan hotel dinning experiences, the Hyatt offers the best food and customer experience. Fresh seafood cooked to perfection.

Fotos posted show the five courses in the large set menu for KRW 120'000 (as always in Korea, price stated includes tax and gratuity). This may be pricy for Busan standards, but compared to Western cities this is a great deal as the quality of food is top notch. Service is not perfect, but spectacular views of Gwangan bridge and Haeundae Marina more than make up for that. Great selection of wines too.

The service alone was worth 5 stars. The meal was one of the best American style meals I've had in a long time. A bit expensive, but very well worth it. I would highly recommend the Australian burger they cooked it so well. Also, the bread with the cream butter is so good. I could eat that for breakfast everyday.
