Pizza Hut - Bury

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I ordered food for my family on a Saturday night as a special treat. I ordered a KFC popcorn chicken pizza, a meat feast pizza, and a portion of potato wedges. Unfortunately, my food arrived 50 minutes later, cold and with dry, bland pizza bases and tough crusts. I called the Prestwich Pizza Hut to complain about my order and offered to return the food for a full refund, but was told I could only request a refund through their online customer service, which could take up to 48 hours for a response.

Top notch. order pizzas from here at the boxing day. excellent quality and taste and it was delivered in 20 minutes. the gluten-free basic was also delicious, which was a big plus for my wife was hardly ever giving 5 stars, but can't mistake it. keep them high standards.

I made a great discovery at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and if you're craving pizza, don't hesitate to come here. The food is fresh and the prices are fair. We ordered a large family combo for five people and we all had almost a full pizza left for breakfast (which was actually a great breakfast). The children even received some cookies as a gift from the manager.

I was very impressed with this pizza. just as good as the hut, papas or dominas. fresh, tasty pizza at a fair price. the best deal, “each big pizza for £6.99”, just collection. there are 3 large tables, if they want to eat. the drain was clean and tidy. the customer service was very good. political and helpful. many free parking nearby. I will definitely use these youngs again and not interfere with the big names.
