Mozzarella Kosher - Bury

Just one question, is your Manchester city centre restaurant opening any time soon. I think its a shame as your missing out on a much bigger demand compared to Prestwich including those that keep Halal.

I was in the shop and I ordered a falafel salad and the staff member misheard me and gave me a labriot salad an item I didn’t order I saw the boss and told him the story instead of trying to help he tried proving me wrong by checking the cameras he made me come upstairs to check and it turns out and I was right and you can clearly hear me saying falafel salad He didn’t even have the decency to apologise or compensate Where is the customer service????????

We arrived having booked a table for a family meal to find there was nowhere reserved for us. One of us was vegan and chose this restaurant as they advertise being vegan friendly. Once ordering a vegan pizza this arrived with dairy cheese but was handed to us as the vegan option. It’s a really good job there was no allergies to do as I had already eaten a slice before realising. Waitress was apologetic but a be dry chaotic experience

Came to this restaurant for Thursday lunch Ordered a haloumi salad and a tuna melt panini and 2 drinks The food arrived eventually after 20 minutes Service was rubbish The panini arrived which was disgusting A restaurant like this relies on support from the Jewish community However they offer rubbish service and disgusting food Hardly worth supporting

We stopped by in the afternoon for a coffee and a snack. The restaurant appeared a little more run-down than I remembered, but some extra care would greatly improve it. Despite that, the service was very friendly.
