Frurt - Bury

I think the service was good. However, the process of getting the frozen yogurt was quite misleading as they weigh at the end and for one frozen yogurt we paid £8.44. Although nice i do feel it was very over priced should have a guidelines for how much it costs. Don't think id go again

Seems I am not the only customer who has received a poor service from this overpriced dump!! The staff are rude with a serious attitude problem..considering the place is mostly always empty you would think they would be a bit more appreciative of the rare bit of custom that walks through the door. The flavours of the yoghurt are horrible, I would agree with other reviews that it tastes like it has gone off which I have never experienced elsewhere. But the place is dirty so wouldn’t surprise me if they were trying to sell gone off yoghurt. Overpriced and horrible, go to McDonald’s for a McFlurry and a better experience where you won’t be running the risk of having a poorly stomach!

Overpriced, poor customer service, staff very rude, poor range of products and very badly managed. Also watch out for the flavours because the more adventurous they get, the worse they taste. The plain flavour is good though. The fruit toppings okay, but some times the fruit isn't fresh. Personally, between this place and the ice cream van, I would choose the ice cream van 8/10 times.

This evening my family placed an order. We get yogurt from here all the time, so we no how it tastes. Unfortunately the 2 natural ones were off. I called up to tell them and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude. All I wanted to tell them that the yogurt was off. She wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her. She kept telling me how many she had sold today. She wouldn’t let me talk at all. She said it’s not my fault you don’t like the yogurt. Like I said before we have had it many times and never had an issue. The staff member said we would have a call back however this never happened. We called back giving the benefit of the doubt and was hung up on numerous times. I am absolutely disgusted at this lack of customer service and clearly there is a training issue identified. I will never return here again. Please becareful if go. Me

Delicious yet a little expensive but it is a premium product. Great choice of toppings and sauces. Attentive and friendly staff The natural flavour at the Prestwich branch is not as creamy as the Manchester one which is a shame.
