Very slow service took ages to order and when we did it took ages to come. staff were nice enough but i wouldn't come back. food is bang average

We have been this evening and have been regular customers but tonight the food was awful…I had the baked tortellini for which was burnt, dry and tasteless. The only thing I enjoyed was the rolo milkshake. My partner had the mixed grill at he said he enjoyed. One of my nephews has the pasta and meatballs they wasn’t great. Very disappointed in the food and service… we will definitely be avoiding the place for the foreseeable and dining elsewhere

I recently visited Frankie and bennys at the rock with my boyfriend. We couldn’t order on the app as it wasn’t working so the waitress was straight over and took our order. The starters come out pretty much straight away and were delicious! Garlic pizza...was worth it, however I got the Mac and cheese bites, and for the price of it you only get which I was slightly disappointed in. The mains took quite awhile to come out, but it was quite busy with the lunchtime rush, so didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the chicken Parma hero sub and it was honestly amazing!! recommend! Although don’t get a starter as it’s so big I couldn’t finish it, which I was upset about because it was so good! My boyfriend got the classic cheese burger, however it was very over cooked and didn’t taste very nice, looked like cheap quality meat. He hardly touched his meal which was a shame. Overall I was happy with the service and the meal, however don’t order the burger as you will be disappointed!
