Burger King - Bury

The staff at this restaurant are really friendly and to be fair to them they served us quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon. The food was cooked well and was cooked fresh too as it was red hot. The restaurant itself was dirty. I don’t know if this was because they were really busy and didn’t have chance to clean the tables or if it is always like this. The bins were over flowing and the table we were sat at was disgusting. I’d like to see if it is the same on a quiet day. I am unsure if I will be back.

I have done a review before, on the hope things might have changed I thought I would retry. No things have not changed the server was lovely this time and the food was ok. But the place was absolutely disgusting including the toilets. It was around 3pm that we ate there where lots of tables empty everyone needed clearing and wiping down. Not happy. Sorry Burger King I’ve tried twice, I will not now go back.

This follows the other reviews. Very dirty. Bins not emptied. Dirty tables and wasn't even busy. Burgers were barely warm when though told to wait because they were being cooked. Will never come here again.

Visited the Bury shop today, July 2018 with my son and husband for our lunch. Apart from our food order having items missing, the actual food tasted ok, however, upon visiting the toilets I found the ladies to be dirty with toilet paper blocking one of the toilets, the other two filthy, and not one of the three hand soap containers actually containing soap. My son visited the men`s too and reported no hand wash soap there neither. I explained this to a female member of staff who casually replied that the toilets were ok yesterday . Not good enough burger king.

It was around 3pm 3rd January has we approached counter staff were arguing “young man near fryers said, you know there isn’t supposed to be more on tills then the grill” lady said don’t speak to me like that, another young girl said, bang goes your New Years Resolution not to antagonise staff. Thankfully the young lady apologised then served us very efficiently. Apart from she left our chips on warmer while burger was being cooked so I had to ask for warmer chips. Triple cheese chicken burger did taste good. But kitchen area was full of chips all over floor. Instead of arguing maybe someone could have sweep it up. We were the only people in the place. I think a course on professional etiquette is needed.
