Bidrage med feedbackDo not order from the Belsay site unless you want to wait 60 minutes for a hot n finished pizza, tell you to go to the store for 10-15 minutes to order, stand and wait literally one hour with a Bazillion excuses
While I have had one bad experience in the past (like 5 years ago) I hadn?t been back since. I decided to try it today since the Richfield rd location was so busy. The employee at the counter said 10 mins and it was maybe less. It was fresh and they definitely hooked it up ! Oh and if you?re reading this, that semi was just broken down, no injuries or accidents. ?
Tried calling ahead and noone would answer. Would just hang phone up after a few rings. Go up there and they say they didnt answer because they wanted to close early (It was 8:20 supposed to close at 10) Asked for a hot n ready and if they could add butter and parm on the crust. Get home and open this. The guy even opened it to put the parm on so obviously saw it. There where 6 other hot n readys in there and he gives me this. This place has been going downhill for months and months. Apparently its hit rock bottom. If i could give negative stars i would.
I visited Belsay Rd location yesterday around 5/6pm. I drove up to speaker but no response, maybe it was broke. I proceeded to the drive up window a young man was there. He didnt greet me just waited for me to say what I wanted. I asked for a thin crust hot ready, he said it would be 20-22 minutes. I said I thought the sign said they are Hot Ready from 4/8pm (which was the time frame I was there). He replied Nope 20-22 minutes. I said well i guess Ill take a hot a ready regular pizza you have now. He grabbed it, charged me handed me my pizza. No Thank You No Sorry Norhing!!
This place stole from me tonight! And after I realized it, no one answered my call to make it right! Which makes them look even more guilty. I ordered some pizzas and some cream cheese dips. My boyfriend went to go get the food for us. The restaurant charged us for our full order but then realized when packaging the dips, they were out of some dips. Told my boyfriend after they charged us, that they were short on dips. No problem, we assumed they just didn?t charge us. No? they charged us!! They charged us and didn?t give us what we paid for this. This has never happened to me! I feel totally jaded. Like the community trust has been broken. It?s a local restaurant, they should care about its customers. I will be calling corporate and filing reports with BBB and corporate until something is done about this. You will not get away with this and do this to others who work hard for their money!!!!
