The Fish Shop - BURRILL LAKE

A very unasumming little fish shop on the main highway in town but sells the best fish and chips I have ever had.They even have gluten free battered fish which is so light and crispy, the fish beautifully cooked, incredibly fresh and juicy (and being gluten intoleranant I was SOOOOOO excited to be able to have a battered fish again!)This is going to be a must visit place every time we visit the south coast now

I got fish n chips in my tummy. If you're after battered fish and chips you should be stopping here. Had the grenadier and chips for lunch. Great service and tucker.

Went in yesterday and picked up a pack (one down from family pack) and it was great. Service is good and selection of fresh seafood, prawns, oysters, calamari. Suggest that you pick fish and chips rather than a pack. The fish was very good indeed.

A really busy little shop, obviously because the food is so great! Fresh locally caught fish and chips can't be beaten on the south coast. Also a great selection of fresh uncooked seafood to choose from. Highly recommend :)

A good range of fish to choose from to go with your chips.I love shark and have tried a few different species, you can't get it in too many fish shops these days. Today we tried Mako shark, very nice ( my favourite is gummy shark) chips are thick and tasty, They also sell south coast oysters and local prawns which are always fresh and tasty. A great very popular little fish shop.
