Pizza Works Burnt Hills

I can't help but say "delicious" for my tummy! The personal-sized meat pizza and a beer—or two—are what brought me back for a second visit. The lovely atmosphere, along with the option to sit outside, is definitely a bonus.

Delicious! The food met my expectations—tasty and satisfying. The customer service was solid, and the wait time for the food was reasonable. They seemed a bit understaffed, so the trash bins were full and some tables hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t hold that against them, as the restaurant industry can be challenging, especially with a limited workforce these days. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I look forward to returning!

Eating is great, but the service was absolutely terrible. our waitress spent more time on her phone in register than her many tables. we missed several items and were still accused. it took too long, too many problems, to eat for the first time and definitely our last. do not recommend when they go with children. not family-friendly.

Drove 20mins on my lunch break because I was craving NYC/LI style pizza and this place did not disappoint. My new favorite pizza place!Now, what would make this spot PERFECT is if they made baked ziti slices!!! ?
