Wendy's - Burnsville

The menu cards were full and difficult to read. not all menu items were displayed and there was a handwritten sign that only said that the prices could be different than what was written so that they could not say what price they would pay for items.

The lobby was closed yesterday, so I decided to use the drive-thru. There was a staff member working the drive-thru, and the person at the window made sure to provide security by informing drivers how to navigate the area safely.

The dining room was closed on Wednesday at 4 PM, which was quite disappointing, especially since it seemed to be due to staff not showing up. Additionally, I noticed that the menu prices haven’t been updated and I was told it's a business issue. I visit this place frequently, so I expected better.

Fries were ice cold and the meals are now super expensive. $32 for 2 meals with small friosties. I wanted to get my card back. it sews a little sus that they take their card and load and run them with their card in the hand around instead of handing them back directly. that happened a few times. last night had my order and wait for my card. the guy came back from the lobby and looked at me, how why are you still here? I said I'm waiting on my card and he was like ohhh and handed over to me. he ran around with him in his hand, not sure that I will visit them again, as this seems to be habitable for them and I do not wait for one of the too empty my account. plus eating is always cold.

They have almost 0 social skills here. They’ll just stare at people and wait for them to talk, never ask if anyone needs help. Multiple people were just standing around without being helped. Like you have to call out the employees names to get them to help you.. the conditions are incredibly unsanitary. They clearly don’t sweep or vacuum much if ever, I always leave all phlegmy-like? the older white lady in the trucker hat always makes me super uncomfortable by just staring and not clarifying anything, ever. Clearly mental.
