The first hamburger came black and carburized and had originally ordered rarely. shouldn't have left the kitchen wrong. remade and came back better! spoke with chef and he agreed it would not have left the kitchen. apologized and felt that it was kitchen fault. evaluates the cuisine manager professionality.

Good time to celebrate my birthday with woman, children and mother-in-law.

We were not at a tgif in 20 years, and now we know why we probably won't be back to this chain restaurant. service was good, eating was ok and unfortunately a 1/2 piece metal wire was found in the kartoffels. he called over the manager and wanted to do it right by compensating for eating. the unlived part of it was that he realized what it was, perhaps suspected it happened before? apparently a wire grilled brush. as my friend said, should be thrown out the whole batch of kartoffels. who knows what happened. I really can't think about going back here.

Seated fast, served fast food was great, our server was flexible with a late arrival from our party.

Service was extremely slow and server hardly ever came back to check on us. I had to flag her down to even get the check and pay.
