Starbucks - Burnsville

I felt the need to update my review. They recently posted signs indicating that the lobby was closed. I spoke with a barista with beautiful green hair and asked her when this had taken effect. She told me that the seating was still available. I ordered my drink and sat down to work for about an hour, only to have Kaylee tell me I had to leave immediately without a refund and find somewhere else to sit. Usually, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are nice, but there have been ongoing issues that detract from the overall experience. The line tends to be long at almost any time of day, and they seem to run out of budget items more often than other locations. Additionally, during my last seven visits, they closed their in-store registers. The lobby has also been closed for seating. Unfortunately, experiences like this have been happening for months now.

I’m a partner in another business and visited on Sunday at 7:20 PM. My pink drink wasn’t even shaken, which is something that’s typically done for fresher drinks as it greatly impacts the flavor. I’m really disappointed.

The team could benefit from more training. Today, I ordered a nitro coffee and a hot tea. The nitro was served quite quickly, but the tea took much longer to arrive. I asked about its status three times. Eventually, the barista at the register sulkily prepared it and brought it over. Instead of acknowledging my earlier inquiries, she seemed to throw it down in front of me, claiming it was a different one even though I hadn't received my original order. It felt like she thought I was trying to get another drink for free. Overall, the atmosphere felt off, and the young staff needs to improve their customer service skills. This place is always very busy, and the baristas don't call out drink names or write them on cups, which leads to confusion and mix-ups. I would prefer to go to the nearby Super Target rather than stop here again.

I love this place more than the Apple Valley sites starucks. more than the stars in the target in bursville. they are always so nice that I don't get my order wrong. please give the workers a run.

Drive thru was really busy seems like the employees were preoccupied with other things because it took me to ask for my drinks to get them ?
