LEANN CHIN RESTAURANT - Burnsville

Driver would get 5 stars, the person who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a receipt when I ordered, as I was ordering for a business lunch( not that its anyones business) and I didnt get it. Then when I called to ask for one I was rudelyasked if I needed it because something was missing, and When I told the young woman I needed it for business purposes, shesaid well, you can come and pick it up. Very rudely. Last time I will order from this establishment.

Burned food. Every single bite of the grilled chicken is bitter and tasted like charcoal. Disappointed.

Yesterday I came home from work and I saw a box of food sit on the table and I asked her where did you got the food from she said she got it from Leeann chin it looks like combination order it had orange chicken ,sweet and sour chicken and fried ricechicken tasted OK but fried rice tasted terrible it looks like they don't cook rice before they make fried rice I don't know howpeople can eat fried rice like that it so crispy they should cook rice before they make fried rice I would never eat fried ricelike that yucky

Two stars because they were pretty friendly. Ordered noodles and 2 chicken items. Noodles were ok but the chicken was cold and mushy. Leeann would be so disappointed. At 1:30 it should be fresher. I rarely write reviews. Only when it's very good orvery bad.

The lady helping us was very rude. When I asked if the combo meals come with a drink she rolled her eyes at me and snapped her lips when saying ?no?. Then got an even bigger attitude when I said I had more then one meal to order. She also forgot mychild?s food I had to go back to ask for it. The food was old and she asked if we would be okay waiting for new food and we werebut she still gave us the old food after the new food was done. To top it off the veggies were tough and taste old and the meatis under cooked?.definitely not going back to this location.
