Burger King - Burnsville

Poor customer service and the cleanliness is sub standard slow and cold is how our order came to us.

Efficient service. However on this occasion the service could've been a little more friendlier. Person working the drive-thru seemed irritated from the time we pulled up to the speaker to order. Just seemed frustrated that we were even there to eat. Was a bit ridiculous. Could've just been having a bad night/shift/person directly in front of me. Hope it doesn't continue though. I will return there to eat again either way.

My fiancée visited the restaurant, not me, but I have to say they really nailed the crispy chicken sandwich that helped me propose. I have no complaints about that. However, I did have to wait over half an hour in the car for a 10-piece nugget order, which is not great for business—especially if you want to compete with other fast food places. If this waiting time becomes a trend, it’s likely to drive customers away to other options.

It was an improvement compared to my previous experiences. We ordered burgers and fries, but they still weren't hot enough, even during their busiest times.

They really took great care of us! The staff was not only kind but also very generous. I'm thankful for their service, and the food was delicious as well!
