Kfc - Burnley

The staff were unprofessional, constantly joking around in the kitchen while customers waited to be served. The food was poor quality and not even served hot. I do not recommend the Christmas stacker. We will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest trying Freddy's Chicken instead, as we typically go there but wanted to try something different. Lesson learned!

If I could give a zero score I would Ordered four box meals which came with four large drinks The girl serving (amina I was told she was called) handed over the four drinks in a single walled cardboard container I could see the drinks were going to spill and started to ask her to add a couple more of the cartons to strengthen and hold them properly but she shoved it through the window which then proceeded in the drinks spilling all in the footwell in my car which is carpeted Manager sniggered and laughed All staff rude and in need of training I’m now facing a £50 cleaning bill and then want to give me a £20 food voucher I don’t even like kfc I only went for the kids Will never return again

After being told they wasn’t selling coffee today? I did not want a meal but I was in the queue in the drive through! When I came to pay at the window there was two girls and a male all gathered around a mobile phone laughing with two cars behind honking there horn. I parked up on the car park and started eating my chicken wings with no hand wipes of serviette ? My second spiced wing wasn’t cooked properly and slimy I tried a third and that was same? I picked my bag of chicken up and and took it inside but the queue was long so I left it on the table and left. I do not recommend Rubbish service and rubbish food.

Had to give 1 star as it would not allow me to leave blank, poor attitude from the staff, laughed at you when challenged. Ridiculous wait time both in store and the drive thru. i queued for 45 mins only to give up when i got bored of watching the RATS running around all the cars. this store is a complete joke and the owner should be stripped of his franchise. Drinks come without ice, the chicken looks like its been thrown out as scraps, chips cold, Gravy like toilet water. i can carry on but sure you get the point. stay clear this store is sh@t!!!1

Absolutely awful food found a hair inside the chicken and all the food was stone cold and the staff were rude and refused to replace the food and then hesitated to give a refund i have never really enjoyed it here as I have had worse experiences before but I can assure you I will not be returning as I am disgusted
