Kfc - Burnley

I attempted to order popcorn chicken and chips at this restaurant, but after waiting for half an hour in parking bay one, I was disappointed with the soggy chips and the unpleasant taste of the chicken. The staff were rude and even called my grandmother offensive names. I was extremely upset with the experience.

I have ordered from KFC a few times now for delivery in Burnley, and I must say it has been a disappointing experience. The rice box I ordered did not come with any rice, salad, or sauce as advertised. The second time I ordered, items were missing from my order. This has made me hesitant to even visit the drive-thru, which I had previously thought was not bad. Overall, my experiences with KFC in Burnley have been subpar.

I ordered food from this restaurant tonight and it arrived unsealed with items missing. I called the restaurant manager who explained that the delivery drivers have been stealing the food. I mentioned that I would be writing a review and she confirmed that the issues were indeed caused by the delivery drivers. There was no apology or resolution offered. Thank you, KFC. I highly recommend checking your bags to ensure they are properly sealed before accepting your order.

My wife and I had the KFC Christmas special for lunch today from the KFC takeaway in Burnley and both of us really enjoyed our meal. The Christmas special gravy burger is topped with a hash brown gravy boat a slice of cheese then a chicken fillet and some very tasty gravynnaise, which is gravy and mayonnaise, delicious. We also had two chicken spicy wings each, a portion of fries and a hot drink each, not one of the cheapest meals but it was soooo finger licking’ good. Enjoy
