White Lotus Cafe - Burnaby

It's a good neighborhood spot for Vietnamese food. The portions are a good size and tastes home cooked. I find the soup broths to be a little more greasy than many places I've been to in Vancouver and Burnaby. Just a personal preference. I live in the area and this is a regular spot for us. Amazing! We had plate of rice with meats which were all on point, esp moms secret chicken is to die for! BBQ beef Banh Mie spring rolls is scrumptious to perfection. their homemade hot sauce was way too tasty not to buy and bring home. Hotness but still with flavour. Don’t forget to try the ice cold sugarcane drink. Will definitely be back more often, as gives me the family homely feel along with various selection of my favourite Vietnamese comfort foods. Their Bun Bo Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup is very good and authentic taste. The staffs were very nice and friendly. The food was okay everything, however, I requested to the server if they could charge up my phone in the back, I even asked if they got an iPhone charger if not I can give them mine they can just plug it in. Buddy said he got the charger so i trusted him. At the end when we paid, I received my phone back with 0% battery still.
