Bidrage med feedbackLove love love the Yuzu Citron Float! You can ask for Hojicha or Matcha for the ice cream top part, bottom half is the yuzu ice slushy — so refreshing on a hot day! Can be a bit pricey, but we felt it was worth it for this particular item!
Very delicious drinks and treats. I am giving a low rating to bring attention to the lack of staff here. There are usually long line-ups, and only one staff doing both, taking orders and making orders. Incredibly hard workers, but owner/management need to realize theyre losing business (I seen people turn around and leave instead of waiting) and making people wait 20-25 minutes for their drinks, especially on weekends.
I REALLY wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, everything was WAY too overpriced and overrated.I had the matcha frappe and the dango (brown sugar and black sesame). The matcha frappe was around $9 and tasted like water and milk. I opted to pay the premium just because I thought I’d be getting a really strong and authentic matcha taste, but it tasted like nothing. The dango’s texture was like pearls you’d find in bubble tea and although the brown sugar and black sesame drizzle had good flavour, I can’t believe I paid almost $7 to eat something the size of a marble (trust me, you’ll be SHOCKED when you see how small it is). As for the service, I’m not sure if the employee is shy, etc., but when I ordered, she didn’t say a SINGLE WORD to me from the beginning to end of the interaction, and although I don’t really care too much, I just thought it was simply weird. To add, she was rushing me (even though there was only one person behind me that just got there) and immediately turned the machine around for me to pay. She didn’t even ask me something like, “would you like anything else?”… just turned the machine to me to pay.Maybe the other stuff is good, but do NOT get what I ordered unless you want to donate money, and do not expect ANY type of positive service.
The roasted matcha was so good; it's a must try. The drinks are quite expensive for a small cup, but if you want good matcha drinks, come here!!
I went to this Tsujiri around 7pm on June 28th and ordered a Hojicha Frappe, the lady there didn't even fill it to the top it was such a small portion and I paid $9 for
