Tim Hortons - Burnaby

This is a really understaffed location and I feel for the employees who work here because they're constantly being overwhelmed with orders. However this location is just overall deplorable in how it deals with everything from customer service, to constantly running out of key ingredients, to showing things on the menu screen that aren't actually available constantly. It is truly puzzling. I've just had a bad experience every single time I come here, and have resisted the urge to write a bad review until today. Avoid at all costs

The food is not bad, but the service is terrible! One of the cashier can barely understand the order, and all the times I have been there she forgot what my order was.

My cheese bagel is bread with nothing on in it thank you for ruining my lunch this is my last time in Tim Hortons I believe the employees are hating the job I recommend others to check their food before going out as always they make mistakes

Parking sucks, service was very slow and the food was poorly put together and over

Always a long line but they are fast. Don't have a lot of things tho
