Food was ok I donot understand why the girl was speaking so fast??? I was asking her simple things and she was trying to blow the thing out. Learn customer service

Really poor customer service and concerns with the freshness of the food.I arrived at 7pm and they close at 9pm. No queso available. Asked for guacamole and chips. Watched the worker scoop out a bunch of brown guacamole and put it in a container for me. I complained and asked for fresh guacamole and the worker said “I’ve already mucked this up. No”. I refused the chips and guacamole.The refried beans were so dried out that I wouldn’t have fed them to my dog. I went with black beans instead.The grilled chicken appeared to be sitting without a properly working steam cup. I opted for the drunken chicken which was obviously being kept heated to the proper temp.I had serious questions about the freshness of the ingredients mentioned and would HIGHLY recommend avoiding online food orders from this restaurant.I’ve been here quite a few times and never had any issues like this before.

The food here's actually not bad but what makes it a 1 star is the staff working here. The two punjabi women not the one with no front teeth but the other two) have such bad attitudes and are very unpleasant to deal with. They both act like they hate their job and sloppily your food with a sour face. The owner really needs to change up the staff because they're killing the business, the 2 chinese that were hired provide excellent customer service but they need to change the rest of the staff.

I always stop by here for lunch, food is ok but staff are always nice. I stopped by yesterday for a bowl, quarter way through my meal I find a hair.. I brought this up to them and they were very nice and offered me another bowl to replace it. I came by today for lunch again and I was nearly finished eating but found another hair. I felt so embarrassed to bring it up because what a coincidence, it happened two days in a row. They said it can be my eyelashes but I have long extensions on and this hair was so short and thin. Anyways, just disappointed and lost of appetite from finding hairs in my food that is clearly not mine. ?

Good customer service and i love the environment i will recommend BEEF BARBACOA to everyone
