Terrible customer service. Never again. I won’t give this people any business at all. I agree on other people’s review that they are very, very very rude coz I experienced it myself. The guy that was there was so proud in saying he’s the owner. He is in the wrong business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wish I could give 0 stars . Staff are extremely rude, i went there a couple of days ago and he totally ignored me and starting asking the person behind me for their order, (Chinese lady) it was racist. I walked away and went across to Koya Japan, they were extremely polite and friendly. Beware and stay away, now I looked at reviews and there are so many negative reviews. Unless management addresses these issues it will affect their business, is it worth it, maybe he is the owner and don't care! I read more reviews and racism is something that is showing up, in this day and age and being chinese yourself how can you be racist with other nationalities, I notice all the good reviews are chinese names and european names. Please address this racism. Seems the person responding to the negative reviews is saying they take the concerns seriously but evidently NOT as they are still happening and they are doing nothing about it!

This experience was intense they motor through- but for the price they load you with food so it’s a really good value. I had dinner lunch and dinner again the next day from a 3 item meal . Service: Take out Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered 3 items which were no beef and when I was eating I found beef piece in it, I showed them they were like we can’t do anything it’s a buffet, I’m religious I can’t eat beef and he refused to understand.
