Starbucks Coffee Company - Burlington

The staff at this restaurant is amazing and they are pet friendly! We brought our outdoor cat with us and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was our cat's first time at a cafe and it couldn't have gone any better. She loved the "pup cup" treat they gave her!

This specific location is not very good. If you work in customer service, please pay attention to your customers' orders. Every time I visit this place, they never make my coffee correctly. They are always busy with something else and rarely listen. I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for almost 30 years and it is disappointing to see that the quality of customer service at certain locations is very poor.

I have visited this establishment multiple times and it is like your typical Starbucks store. The location is kept clean and the employees are enthusiastic and welcoming. There are a few tables both indoors and outdoors where you can relax and have your coffee. Some tables are unavailable to ensure that everyone is adhering to physical distancing guidelines.

Clean and friendly. Update, for all the pull up and run in, there is a by law officer waiting around the corner to issue $120 parking tickets. Needless to say, I drive by it now instead of stopping in if there is no place to park. The City of Burlington should rethink their parking program as it only cost the business a loss of business. Not Smart thinking.

Noisy and pleasant experience. Staff such as Sabby were fast and friendly. It was busy but they got my order first and right the first time. I couldn't ask for more. Store has a good layout and is usually busy with school kids but it wasn't rowdy. Loud enough to be upbeat but not too loud that you can't hear yourself think. Food and drink was spot on. For a small location its got good outdoor and indoor seating though accessibility is a bit tight. Parking is across the street and possibly behind the building, west and east of Brant.
