Rib Eye Jack’s Ale House Burlington

Checked out rib eye jacks boasts large craft beer menu. Both original beer selected and wine chosen was not available. Despite the restaurant being dead on a Saturday night, service was slow and steak (which was said to be a signature dish) was overcooked. The burger I ordered was cooked from a frozen patty and was sub par to say the least. Server was pleasant and steak was removed from the bill. Nothing special about this place would not go back.

Service was exceptionally slow. Unable to serve beers on the menu. Scrambled information on menu provided. Extremely disappointing and will. It go back.

The steak was cooked to perfection. The flavour was great.

A nice place for quiet evening dinner. The food was very good, but the service was excellent. It's a little out of place at it location, but well worth trying, had a look at the Brunch Menu and will definitely go back.

We went to Rib Eye Jack's for Brunch. Quite possibly the worst experience I have had! There was only one person other than our table of four the entire time we were there and the food was not cooked properly! My girlfriend's omelette was still raw in the middle so she sent it back to be cooked. 40 mins later she finally got another meal....and it was worse than the first one! How is this possible?? The waitress was so apologetic but there was no offer of comping her husband's meal or her drink....the only thing she did manage to have for brunch. To say we were disappointed in the food and the lack of any compensation for our friends who waited over an hour for a meal that was inedible is an understatement, the four of us will never be back.
