Mollycake - Burlington

My mum and I went there earlier today and bought six macarons. Well, they were amazing and we already ate all of them (oops). We definitely will be back soon (even thought it's a bit of a drive for us) and will correct the mistake we made of not accepting their loyalty card. I'm seriously regretting the fact that I didn't buy twice as many macarons as I did.

We got our wedding pies (instead of cake) from Mollycake and they were *fabulous*! The crust was flaky, the filling so full and fresh, and everyone loved them. We have already ordered more pies from them since their lemon meringue is my favorite.

From my very first bite of the deliciously-crispy-edges-yet-chewy-centre of 'The Cookie ' (which very much deserves its definitive name , to the rustic artisan warmth of the Crumb Cake, to my whirlwind holiday romance with the Crinkle Cookie, I have been completely smitten with MollyCake. Using only the very best in fresh, natural ingredients (no margarine here! , Christine and her team whip up an amazing array of fairytale cakes, cookies, brownies, macaroon, cupcakes and more. MollyCake even has vegan and gluten free options. I 've only tried MollyCake 's ready-made items (more times than me and my calorie counter app would like to admit , they 've all been so yummy that I can 't to order one of the custom made cakes for my next celebration.
