It took half an hour for our food to arrive, and one of the sandwiches was incorrect (though I suppose it’s lucky that it happened). After that, we waited another 15 minutes for the corrected sandwich, which still didn't have the toppings we requested. Both sandwiches were quite dry and not worth the price we paid. I've definitely had better grilled cheese elsewhere.

I was disappointed to find that there was no mention of any toppings or sauces when I ordered. It felt like it was just a roll with a patty inside. I noticed the owner's response stated that there are choices available, but I had a different experience. When I placed my order at the register, I wasn't informed about any options for toppings. When I picked up my burger, it was simply handed to me in a bag with no indication of any available choices. There was no mention of toppings at the point of ordering or when I received my burger—everything was just put into a paper bag for takeout.

Had only a bad experience that left me $30 in drain. Usually they love this place, although waiting times are long, eating is always skrumbling. did not get what I ordered and instead of working with me, the kerl was in the round not his problem. the best he could do was give me an e-mail, please just give me a refund and in the out. left my food out there. very frustrating.

I have come to this spot many many times as I love their spicy Nashville chicken poutine, and they are often open late; meaning that I can go after work. However, I can no long support this business due to the ongoing terrible service that I have received.Firstly, I have had up to 30 minute waits for my group to receive our food.Secondly, after having always received cutlery with our meals. One day we did not, and not expecting this we had brought our food on the go train to eat during our 40 minute ride. We could not eat until we arrived in Toronto.Thirdly, I have had two instances where I was given the wrong food. The first instance I was charged for a Spicy Nashville Chicken Poutine (on the receipt) and given a spicy Nashville chicken burger. I accepted my fate and ate the burger. The second time, I ordered the same poutine as before, but was given a steak poutine, (I don’t eat beef due to its negative effect on climate change), and upon asking for a refund was denied.Lastly, one time my friend ordered the Philly cheese steak and vomited all over my car due to how greasy it was.I am mostly disappointed with the fact that after supporting this business for so long, (and dealing with poor service), I was refused a refund on a single $17 item.P.S You know the service is going to be bad when there is a sign saying, “If you do not receive a receipt, your meal is free”. Laugh laugh laugh

I went here with some work colleagues. We had gourmet grilled cheese and a burger, all were excellent and very filling. Very clean location.
