Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a medium thin crust pizza, which was supposed to be ready for pick up in 15 to 18 minutes. However, when I arrived, they had just started assembling the pizza! I was told it would only take 5 more minutes. When I finally picked up the pizza, I confirmed if it was well done, to which they responded "Oh yes, well...done!" However, when we got home, we discovered a flabby, pale pizza with a raw crust. It was disgusting.
We ordered a simple paprika pizza and chose for pickup. When we arrived at the store, we got our pizza and went home. We opened the box and to our surprise the pizza was cold. We decided to eat it as we were hungry and again to our surprise the pizza was dry, salty and terrible. Not a big deal we decided to call customer service and let them know. Again to our surprise we were told that we could get 10% of our next order, although we ate 2 pieces of the extra big pizza. I told the customer service, we will return NIE order of Ginos Pizza and we will spread the word.
We liked Gino's pizza on New St. It's been ordering it for many years, but we've been sick of it, so we took a break during Covid. We tried again tonight and were very disappointed. Compared to other chain pizzas, it was decent, but not anymore. The crust is terrible and you must now ask for extra cheese to get a normal amount of cheese on the pizza. It tastes like the cheapest pizza you can find. It's just not edible anymore. We all understand that the costs have risen. I wish they had increased the cost of the pizza and more on low-quality ingredients.
The worst pizza I've ever ordered and I'm 61 years old. I should know. Tryed two slices, shot the rest. Wow.
On most Fridays, my family and I usually order pizza. After sharing funny nicknames we use when ordering from Domino's on Facebook, my friends recommended trying Gino's. While it wasn't the worst pizza I've ever had, it was quite bland. The sauce tasted like something you would buy from a store and the toppings were very limited and expensive at $2.00 each. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience.
