Chopsticks - Burlington

We support and frequent local businesses, in the past, this was one of our favorite take-out food restaurants. When ownership changed, so did the food. It lacked taste and flavoring, the chicken balls were undercooked, the spring rolls (formerly our most favorite food item) were undercooked and filled with a brown paste and small - index finger size. We had guests for dinner and sold them on this establishment - WOW! What a bland blah disappointment. Time to find a new local Chinese Food take out restaurant.

Chopsticks used to be one of my favourite places for Chinese takeout, but our last 2 visits have been just mediocre. I'll be looking for someplace new to try.

I ordered a combo for 3 for delivery and told 45-60 min. After an hour and a half, still no food. After calling I was told to come pick it up or wait another 45 minutes! I canceled my order and went for pizza instead.Decent food in the past, but slowest service ever! No apologetic attitude or s*its given from staff at all. Ridiculous!

If you're hungry, come to Chopsticks then. Great Chinese food, hot and fresh. Love their chicken fried rice and garlic wings!

Tried for the first time last night and will never repeat.
