Boston Pizza - Burlington

Waitress did not let my son order bugs and cheese and was very rude by not meeting our standards and she even said to leave because we were having a loud conversation! NEVER coming here again

My wife love Boston Pizza Nachos and Cactus fries but this Branch is always hit or miss if we campair it with other branches.

Went for dinner, arrived at 6:50pm, restaurant was literally empty except for two tables, and one larger group. Our server was abrupt and made us feel like we were bothering her because she had her large party to take care of. We placed our order and was waiting till 7:40pm (yes!) before someone actually came to check on us. Another server Bailey stepped in, she was lovely, genuinely apologetic for our horrible experience and ensured our meal arrived. We believe our original server forgot to place our order because she was so busy chatting up all people in the larger group. The manager came over with our bill and apologized and gave us a 15% discount which was about $5.00 of our bill. Not impressed. It was obvious the manager was not experienced enough to deal with a situation like ours. Even said he "hoped" our next visit would be better - hoped? seriously?? Needless to say that we will NOT be returning to this Boston Pizza location. The Boston Pizza location on the Service Road in Burlington is much better managed. A note to Bailey the wonderful server who stepped in to rescue us -- suggest you go work at the other location where you will be much more appreciated!

Went with family.Even though the restaurant was empty, we were waiting for the server to arrive for a long time. They were short staffed as confirmed by her. She was very indifferent but polite. She got the check even before my younger son had finished his desert. I asked for boxes which she gave only one when we needed two. In the end when we asked another server , she was not willing to listen but asked our server to attend.Seemed to be a very unfriendly place which was surprising.The whole experience was very unlike other locations.

Waited over 20 minutes too be served this is my second but last visit not too sure if they have staff issues but service is very lax we had a guest too join
