SKYLINE CHILI - Burlington

Increasingly disappointed with Skyline as a chain. At this location amount of chili on my chili spaghetti order was pathetic and then when I showed the waitress she rolled her eyes, brought some extra and then charged me $3 extra dollars for what should have been included in the first place. I'm gonna start looking at Gold Star again and seeing if I can get a better product at their chain. I've had this experience with several SkyLines over the past year, so it's a trend I'm noticing. Prices are up (significantly) but product quality is down. 30 year customer driven to competition after paying $30 for dinner of two adults.

I think over all, this skyline location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement. I think this restaurant is decently clean, with the exception of some food crumbs on the floor. Our server was really nice and she was very efficient with my family's long order. However, multiple dishes were lukewarm/borderline cold when they came out, which was disappointing. I got the coney bowl with habanero cheese, and a side garden salad, and although the flavors were good, I wish my coney bowl was hotter.

Service is mediocre. Employees act like they are inconvenienced by servicing the clients. Was asked if I wanted crackers but non were given. Had to beg for a receipt after the window lady crumbled it right in from on me and threw it away. Gave me a store copy but I told her I was paying with my business account and needed the itemized one. She stated was the same copy that she gives to everyone but got quickly corrected before looking for my copy in the trash. Asked for onions, got charged for them, but no onions. I am always asked if I want my coney with mustard and onions. Was not asked today so had to throw it away after taking a bite. Really sad. They always ask but I guess was not the case today. The skyline in Houston Rd gives a remarkable experience every time but on this one I have not go anything above par. Have never seen an adult working at night just young teenagers. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the third visit I had encounter this type of service.

I have been eating at skyline for years , love the food . But the Burlington Skyline is just horrible . Most of the time it smells like an old Locker room . And the service is just getting worse and worse . I'm all about giving someone the benefit of the doubt . But this is rediculous . Tonight I sat in drive thru for 20 mins , only to be told they close at 10 and website on here says 1030 , and it was 5 after 10 when I finally made it to speaker . The last time this happened I got there at 930 and they were closing . So I'm guessing hrs are whatever they feel at the time . So I'll be going someplace else from now on
