Piedmont Ale House - Burlington

We sat there for 15 minutes and waited for someone to serve us. I made eye contact with every waitress and bartender. we started wondering what was up because they weren't even busy. they all stood and stared out of the window, no one ever came. I love the food and the cedar here, but will not be back due to the service. so disappointing.

Eating wasn't good compared to other times I was in the Ale House. The service was great, our waitress was also very attentive with the large number of people in the building. The image below is suspected to be onion rings not dough frit because there were very few onions

Loud. I felt like a Dave Matthews band album. They actually had to shut off the music so we could hear each other. The pommes were a little homemade and too crisp and thin. The honey mustard sauce had horseradish, and the brioche was dry. At least the beef patty was so advertised.

Food was not good and over priced. Hot wings have barbecue flavor, fries flimsy, burger lacking. Only good thing was the ranch. Service was worse than the food?had to ask to be waited on. First AND last time at this place. And they didn?t care (didn?t even look at me) when I had to seek who I think was the manager out to even pay the bill and complain. They weren?t busy enough for such poor service and food quality. Poor business. Do better!

Nice place. Had the Philly with frys with a Hummingbird beer. Great sandwich with lots of goodies and I'm in love with the frys.
