Peaches Cafe Steakhouse - Burlington

I've had mixed experiences at this restaurant. While some of the waitstaff can be quite rude and not very attentive, the food is generally good, though some items feel overpriced. I've ordered the crab cakes twice and found them to taste completely different on each occasion. The restaurant features a dining room as well as a bar with high-top tables.

I've had too many experiences in the past couple of years where I've found hair in my food or the dishes weren't cooked properly. Tonight, I noticed that a glass of wine was $2 more than it was last week. If they can’t even keep their prices consistent, I won’t be returning!

I had dinner on Wednesday, and it was an all-you-can-eat feast featuring fried chicken, sweet corn, and watermelon. Everything was delicious and surpassed my expectations for a buffet. The prices were reasonable, and I can't wait to go back and try it again!

We enjoyed a delicious meal on a Monday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Despite being the only diners in the restaurant, the service was quick for both our seating and our meals. I ordered the T-bone steak, while my wife opted for the surf and turf. She exclaimed it was the best filet she’s had since moving to Iowa. The beurre blanc sauce was delightful. My steak was tasty, topped with compound butter, although it wasn't fully melted as my steak was just warm. The salad was excellent. There were some intriguing specials available, but we didn’t choose any this time. We will definitely be back!

Awful food. I highly recommend avoiding this place! It's hard to believe someone could mess up a salad. I was served raw chicken on mine, and my husband's steak was not cooked correctly.
