Pancheros Mexican Grill - Burlington

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! It is well known that many Pancheros locations have less than friendly staff, but this was not the case at this particular location. The staff here were happy and kind, making our visit enjoyable. This was my first time at the Burlington location and it was a fantastic experience for me and my friend. We even talked about it on the way home. I would give it a 10/10 rating. We visited on 8/26/23 around 7pm, in case the managers want to know who the exceptional staff were.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and overall, it was a good experience. There was no wait for us upon arrival and we were able to place our order right away. For those unfamiliar with this establishment, it operates like a Subway for burritos, bowls, and quesadillas, allowing you to customize your meal as you go down the line. The chicken quesadilla was tasty, but I thought they skimped a bit on the cheese and chicken compared to other places where I've ordered quesadillas for a lower price and received double the amount of fillings. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, though the bathrooms could use a bit more attention.

The food at this restaurant is consistently quick and accurate.

The team at this restaurant is amazing! The staff is friendly, the manager is fantastic, and the food is delicious!
