M-saigon - Burlington

Really well executed banh mi on fresh baked bread. They used to serve smaller versions of these sandwiches in their earlier configuration, and now their shop is 1/2 the previous size and focuses on banh mi and various boba teas. They have a really efficient online ordering system and I'm very impressed with everything I've had.

I had a wonderful experience at the newly opened M-Saigon. I enjoyed a delicious runny mì and a coffee milk boba tea. My partner had a delightful jasmine tea with lychee jelly. The service was quick, and the food and drinks were flavorful and freshly prepared. It’s a fantastic lunch option on Shelburne Road, offering something different from the usual roasted dishes. I’ll definitely make it a stop whenever I’m in Burlington!

Great Vietnamese dishes. the sauces are very well made. great service through the server and quite spacious inside. there are some tables outside when they get a bit wind. also the Vietnamese ice coffee was very well done. good prices for what they get. I'll be back when I visit the city.

Delicious sandwiches here basically fusion French and Asian, very savory. The coffee is also amazing. Excellent COVID precautions as well, felt that sanitation was a priority.
